Live Online Events
Please note there are no refunds offered on these courses.
If Internet connection is lost during the event, please log back in
to rejoin the session. Neither Robert Ohotto nor Ohotto.com or any
of its affiliates are responsible for end-user technical
difficulties, equipment malfunctions or failings, which might
prevent participation in this course. If, for any reason you cannot
attend, have difficulty participating, or are unable to resume your
connection to the program, please visit Ohotto.com after the event
conclusion to download the recording.
Personalized Reports
Due to the time and expense expended to
create each report specifically for you, Ohotto.com is unable to
offer refunds on its Personal Customized Reports. However, if you
encounter any issues with your report for any reason, please let us
know by contacting customer service.
Consultations
Consultation fees are
non-refundable once the consultation has taken
place. Cancellations or reschedulings within seven (7)
business days of a scheduled are subject to a
Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee at the discretion of Ananke-Apollo,
LLC and Ohotto.com, such fee not to exceed
$150.
Digital Downloads
There are no refunds on any digital
downloads and neither Robert Ohotto nor Ohotto.com or any of
its affiliates are responsible for end-user technical difficulties,
equipment malfunctions or failings which might prevent successful
download of this material.
