TERMS OF USE

To prevent download instructions from landing in the spam or junk folders, be sure to add customerservice@ohotto.com to your address book once your order is complete. Within 10 minutes of submitting your order you will receive an email including download instructions and a link to your product. Links will expire 72 hours after purchase and you will be allowed only 3 attempts to download this material within that time. All downloads must be completed before expiration, as no extensions will be offered beyond that point.

There are no refunds on any digital downloads, and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to make sure all purchased files are downloaded successfully, as neither Robert Ohotto nor Ohotto.com or any of its affiliates are responsible for end-user technical difficulties, equipment malfunctions or failings which might prevent successful retrieval of this material.

Customer will receive a total of 3 emails after purchasing downloads. The first email will confirm purchase and will include a reminder of the deadline for downloading these files. The second email will contain an MP3 link and an additional reminder to download these files to your computer within the 72-hour/3-day deadline. The third and final email will confirm download delivery. Purchaser must contact customerservice@ohotto.com within this deadline to address any download retrieval issues.

SUGGESTIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL DOWNLOADING

While we routinely check the files on our servers to ensure our files are intact and all links are working properly, we wanted to provide some additional information to help you download your files successfully.

ONE AT A TIME Due to the size and quantity of files included in these products, please download files one at a time. Many of these MP3s are 60 to 80 MB in size, so if you're attempting to download multiple files at once, it may compromise your bandwidth and render your download incomplete.

CHANGE YOUR BROWSER If you are unable to download your files in your current browser, please use a different browser instead. For example, if you have repeated difficulties with Safari, please try another browser like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or another browser of your choosing.

CHECK FILE SIZE Once you've downloaded your audio files, please double check their size to make sure they match what's listed on your download links page. If you notice that the file you've copied is only 300 kilobytes on your computer when it is listed as 40Megabytes on your download order, this indicates that your file has not downloaded properly.

TRYING AGAIN If you've tried all of the above suggestions and still encounter trouble downloading your files, please check your internet connection to make sure it's secure and try your download again at another time. There are many factors that could interrupt your internet connection and render your download incomplete, so we urge you to take every precaution, including trying the above suggestions again, to ensure that your files are delivered properly.
